Learning Pouch Program Application

The Learning Pouch Program provides rotating literacy kits filled with books and learning materials for children to explore at home. Families borrow a pouch, use the materials, and return it so another child can enjoy it.


Currently available to families living in King City, Richmond Hill, Aurora, Newmarket, Vaughan, and the Junction area of Toronto.

Examples might include: motivation to read, finding books that match their interests, improving reading comprehension, developing critical thinking, building vocabulary, strengthening writing skills, exploring environmental or science topics, discovering new subjects, or practicing math skills like problem-solving, patterns, logic, and number sense.

Agreement

I understand the Learning Pouch Program operates on a borrow-and-return system, and pouches should be returned so another family can participate. Our team will coordinate a pick up time with you.
