Mail Club for Communities

Inspire Writing, Creativity, and Literacy Through Real Letters

The Enchanted Mail Club brings the magic of real mail into classrooms, libraries, and community groups. Children receive letters from whimsical pen pals who invite them to read, imagine, and write back.

Our community program provides a simple way to introduce creative writing and literacy practice through an engaging monthly exchange of letters.

Why Bring the Mail Club to Your Community?

Literacy-Focused Writing

Each letter models strong storytelling, descriptive language, and thoughtful communication. The prompts encourage students to practice narrative writing, reflection, and creative expression.

The letters align well with elementary language arts learning goals, helping students strengthen reading comprehension and writing skills.

A Real Audience for Student Writing

Children are often more motivated to write when someone real is reading their work. When students write back, their letters are read and responded to by their chosen pen pal in the following mailing.

Knowing their ideas matter encourages students to take pride in their writing.

A Simple Activity for Educators

The Mail Club transforms writing exercises into an exciting experience. Teachers and group leaders simply distribute the letters and collect student responses.

We handle the storytelling and reply letters so you can focus on supporting your students.

How Community Enrollment Works

Step 1: Request a Community Quote

To accommodate school and institutional purchasing processes, subscriptions for communities are arranged through invoicing.

Please complete the form below with your organization’s details, including:

• school, library, or group name
• number of students
• preferred pen pal (Auntie Maeve or Ollie Whitewing)

We will send a custom quote and invoice based on your group size.

Step 2: Submit Student Responses

After enrolment, educators can submit student responses in whichever way is easiest:

• mailed letters
• scanned copies
• uploaded photos through our portal

This ensures every child’s response is received and can be included in the next letter.

Step 3: Letters Delivered to Your Group

Each month, a bundle of letters is mailed to your school or organization. Students receive a new story from their pen pal and the opportunity to continue the conversation through writing.

When students reply, their ideas help shape the next letter they receive.
