Monthly Mailing Schedule

All letters are mailed from our studio in Toronto, Ontario on the 1st of each month.

Response Deadline

To ensure your child’s response is included in the very next month’s letter, please submit it by the 28th of the current month. This gives our studio time to read every response and carefully prepare the next mailing.

Example: If your child receives the May letter (mailed May 1st), their reply should be submitted by May 28th to be featured in the June letter.

Late Responses

If a response arrives after the 28th, it will still be replied to in a future letter! We never want a child to feel unheard.

Parent Tip: We encourage families to submit a photo of the response through the Parent Portal, even if you plan to mail the original letter. This ensures we receive your child’s message right away!
